How long do the LED lights last?

LED lights are incredibly long lasting, on average they will last for approximately 10,000 hours. Assuming they are on for 8 hours a day they should last over a 1,000 days.

How long are the stings of Christmas lights guaranteed for?

All our Christmas lights are sourced from the very best manufacturers and therefore we have no hesitation in giving 12 months warranty on all the lighted products. If items were bought in store just return them to the store with your proof of purchase. If you purchased them over the internet please just call the Customer Services department and quote your order number. The exception to this are the lights on the pre-lit artificial Christmas trees which have a 15 year warranty along with the rest of the tree; this warranty covers defective materials and construction.

Are the bulbs in the Christmas lights replaceable?

On the whole they are not replaceable but as they are so incredibly long lasting you will certainly get your money's worth from the item.

Are the Snowtime lights suitable for outdoors?

It is important to make sure before you buy that the you are buying lights suitable for outdoors, so remember to check the packaging as not all the lights are weatherproof.
