No fault of Hayes Garden World, the bench we had ordered was delayed and would not be delivered for over a month. I phoned to ask whether they had any alternatives in stock and within minutes was able to cancel my existing order, place another, and arrange delivery within the week. Having visited Hayes’s garden centre in person over the past 40+ years, when I needed a Christmas tree they seemed like a safe bet. Ordered an artificial tree online and it arrived very quickly and well packaged. I would order online from them again no bother! I have found them helpful in the garden centre itself too. - Fiona

We (5 little children, parents, Grannie and Grandpa) went to visit Father Christmas yesterday. The experience was absolutely magical! We were not rushed as the children explored the magic of Narnia then through the door to see Father Christmas. Everyone was so lovely and genuinely happy to see the children’s faces. Purchased this from hayes garden world from the internet on black friday deal. Over 50% reduction also included free 9ft garland. The tree is unbelievable we took our time to carefully fully open up each branch and twig stem and the end result was amazing. The tree is beautiful and realistic my wife was moved to tears on how wonderful it looked. Unbelievable value for money super quick free delivery from Cumbria to Norfolk. Thank you so much this will remain the family tree forever. - Steve
