Buyers guide to garden relaxers and sun loungers

Who doesn’t love to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine with a long cold drink? We have some of the most comfortable loungers on the market at the most competitive prices. They are all the best quality we can source and are from some of the industry’s most respected suppliers such as Alexander Rose, LIFE Outdoor and Barlow Tyrie. Our garden furniture buyers Keith Laird and Ian Hodgett have been involved in the leisure sector here at Hayes for a combined 60 years plus so are well placed to know exactly what our customers are looking for. There are separate garden tables available to take your drink, book, lotion, sunglasses and any other bits and pieces. All our loungers are fully weatherproof and can be left out in the garden all year round, however we do recommend that you take in the cushions in winter and during periods of heavy rain. They are showerproof but will become sodden in prolonged periods of rain. There is practically no assembly required with the majority of our sun loungers and relaxers, a huge number of them require no assembly whatsoever. Just unpack, place in situ and start to relax. If you would like any more information on the sun lounger you have chosen please just call our Customer Services team who will be happy to advise. The quality of our sun loungers and relaxers is the best available so cannot be compared to the budget lines sold by some of the large multinational superstores. Our garden furniture will last substantially longer, won’t rust and the dye off the rattan weave won’t come off on your clothes. We only stock the best quality resin weave, timber, aluminium and brushed steel. These materials require practically no maintenance, only the timber needs treating if you wish to retain it’s new colour, if left it will weather down to a soft grey patina. All you need to do is spend an hour or so washing down in spring with a mild solution of warm water and washing-up liquid. You can buy with confidence in the knowledge that if you do encounter a problem we will sort it for you as all our furniture is guaranteed for at least 12 months with several models having an extra 12 months.

Our sun loungers and relaxers all carry at least 12 months warranty with many models also having an extra 12 months. This warranty covers any materials and defective workmanship not damage sustained as a result of any weather conditions.

Do they come ready assembled?

The majority of the sun loungers and relaxers just need unpacking on delivery and you can start enjoying them immediately. Some of the timber models may require a little assembly. If you are in doubt as to whether the model you have chosen needs assembly just call our Customer Services team who will be happy to advise.
