Garden tables can range from small side tables to large dining tables that can seat up to 14 people. 4-6 people tables are great for a family that wants to enjoy meals in their garden and host BBQs whereas our two people tables are perfect for smaller gardens. We also stock smaller side tables that will also suit a smaller garden or they will go perfectly with your sun lounger to hold your drink and sunglasses. Many of our garden tables are also sold as a set that comes with matching chairs to add to the overall look of the garden. Hayes garden tables come in a range of materials such as wood, aluminium and resin weave so there is a table that will suit every garden. Aluminium tables are great for a modern looking garden and they are a low maintenance option for when buying garden tables as they do not rust. Wooden garden tables on the other hand are great for a contemporary garden but will also suit a traditional garden as well. Our range of garden tables are all constructed from top quality materials and should last up to 15 years under normal use. Buying from our top range of products will ensure the best quality and will require less maintenance. We also offer a range of inexpensive garden tables that are ideal for those who want a simple but stylish garden table. How long will my garden table last?

All the garden furniture sold by Hayes is the very best quality and as such will last much longer than the budget lines, at least 15 years under normal use but it does have to be secured in winter and in strong winds.

Can my garden table be left out all year?

Yes, you can leave your garden table outside all year no matter what the weather. All of our garden furniture including our garden tables are fully weatherproof so are suitable to be left out in all seasons. However, we do recommend keeping your garden table covered in the winter months to protect it even further, we offer a wide range of furniture covers to cover your garden table. We also recommend securing your table if there are high winds because it could blow over and could potentially become damaged. 

How long will my garden table last?

Your garden table will last 15 years under normal use. All of our garden tables at Hayes are the very best quality so will last you a long time. Depending on what material table you buy, it could last you longer. Metal garden furniture is often the longest lasting - aluminium garden tables are especially durable and will last through many weather conditions. Wooden tables are also durable and can last several years, however they will require more maintenance and could rot if not property taken care of. 

How do I look after my garden table?

Different garden tables will require different levels of maintenance. Our metal garden tables will require very little maintenance, just a wash down with hot soapy water to keep it looking brand new. Our wooden garden tables may require extra maintenance as they need treatments annually to  keep it looking its best. You can use teak, danish or boiled linseed oil to treat your wooden garden table. What type of garden table should I buy?
When deciding what garden table you should buy, consider the size and style of your garden and what would fit in well. Our range of aluminium garden tables can look great in contemporary gardens as they have a minimalistic and stylish finish. Our range of wooden benches will look beautiful in a traditional garden.
