Built for longevity, every piece in the Monte Carlo range features a fully welded, powder-coated aluminium frame. The 1.5mm thick aluminium tubing ensures a perfect balance of strength and lightweight practicality. Before the powder coating is applied, the frames undergo a chemical treatment to create a uniform finish and enhance resistance to the elements. The electrostatic powder coating further protects against oxidation, ensuring long-term durability. Once woven, the finish remains completely concealed, allowing the intricate craftsmanship to shine while guaranteeing lasting performance in all weather conditions.
